How has your experience at IDO been so far?
It has been a great experience so far. The opportunity to closely work with portfolio companies and contribute to the long-term development goals in a period that will be remembered as a turning point for Ras Al Khaimah has been extremely rewarding. I have the chance to collaborate with talented colleagues, learn from them, and improve daily. Overall, it’s been a challenging yet fulfilling role.

What attracted you to IDO, and what keeps you motivated here?
What initially attracted me to the company was the opportunity to work on large-scale projects that will elevate the stature of RAK.
Additionally, collaborating with a diverse team of experts in investment and portfolio management is a great learning opportunity.
How was your relocation to Ras Al Khaimah?
Relocating to Ras Al Khaimah from Croatia has been an exciting experience. The culture and warm hospitality have made it significantly easier to navigate. Adjusting to a new environment has its challenges, but the support network here, both professionally and personally, has made the transition smooth.
