HOW WE WORK WITH OUR PORTFOLIO
We proactively promote good governance in all companies, whether listed or private, by setting the right blend of skills at the board and board committee levels. This is done via institutionalised committees and reporting, and also via independent board members and advisors who are industry and subject matter experts.
Our team brings senior experience to the table in the areas of strategy, operations and finance. They can support the company and its management in a spirit of partnership and/or as needed, in the areas of strategy, operations, legal, audit, finance, technology, and design.
We have strong risk and escalation policies. We monitor risk on many levels, such as concentration, financial, and commodity, and we hedge accordingly.
